HOUSE BILL 1345
AN ACT relative to sex education instruction in public schools.

ANALYSIS    This bill provides that no person who or organization which
provides abortion services or birth control products, whether a fee is charged
or not, shall be permitted to provide a program of sex education instruction in
the public schools of this state.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand One
AN ACT relative to sex education instruction in public schools.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

   1 New Section; Sex Education Instruction; Conflicts of Interest. Amend RSA 189
        by inserting after section 11-b the following new section:

   189:11-c Conflicts of Interest in Sex Education Instruction. No person who or
        organization which provides abortion services or birth control products,
        whether a fee is charged or not, shall be permitted to provide a program
        of sex education instruction in the public schools of this state.

   2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
